I'm playing it safe and predicting AAA

Being that I am one of the youngest mods...I forgot the cats

I own the 1st GOW3 Demo available now and I loved playing through it a few times. I'm looking forward to finishing GOW 1&2 HD Collection for PS3, and seeing how the GOWIII demo in that Bundle compares to the old, E3 Demo we are all playing now.

Also, that GOWIII DEMO was huge, almost 3GIGs!

My Hype is AAA, I think it will be AAA, but GOW3 could fall into the AA range if it doesn't surprise GS enough. I voted AAA though.

It should be AAA, for sure. GOW3 is going to be great basing it off the very early, old E3 GOWIII Demo I just recently Downloaded and played.:D

Wow, great job on the thread TC! I must say, this begs to be stickied when the time comes.

Anyways, I am quite excited about GOW III. Watching the recent demo footage has hyped me up quite a bit; I would like to play the game for myself.

Great work on the thread! I have yet to play GoW2, but GoW was my favourite PS2 game. I'm looking forward to the demo when I get GoW collection in a couple of weeks.

I learned not to get hyped from games when i read the GTA4 GS review, then bought GTA4, then gave up on it after a good hour and a half.

I own the Demo and I loved it.

I hope that doesn't happen, GS has been hard to predict lately. They really surprised me with their Demon's Souls AAA score.

To Alpha-Male22: I also think it's too early. However, I wanted to net peoples impressions on the demo while they were fresh in everyone's minds, and for the upcoming God of War Collection. I believe that this thread will probably float away for a few months in winter then pop back up for a sticky when the game comes time to ship. :)

I'm going with AAA as well. I just played through the demo and was blown away by it. However, it still feels feels very similar to the 1&2, but that is not necessarily a bad thing at all. I think GS will mark it down and say it didn't introduce enough new elements to the game

I'm hyping AAA/9.5. God of War is hands down my favorite PS2 game. One of my favorite franchises in general because I love the story. Going to have to get a PS3 to see how the series ends.

good thread. while this game will rock. i dun see it taking more than 9, i hope for better, may be if it is released these days, it may take 9.5 or even a 10 (GS has been giving 9s and 9.5slike crzay).
